Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, downloading the app, or otherwise accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract. The Service is not offered to minors. See Children's Privacy.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@levantgate.com of any unauthorised access.

4. Customer roles

SRP is delivered to property management companies ("Customers"). Residents access the app under a Customer's tenancy. The Customer determines what data is entered about a unit and controls resident access.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the Service, attempt to breach security, reverse-engineer non-open-source components, upload malware or unlawful content, scrape data, or use SRP to store information you have no right to process. Full rules are in our Acceptable Use Policy.

6. Fees and billing

Enterprise plans are agreed in writing per Customer. Fees are due in advance and are non-refundable after activation, except where required by law or explicitly stated in the signed order form. See Refund Policy. Resident use of the app itself is free unless separately agreed with the compound.

7. Customer data and ownership

You retain all rights to the data you input ("Customer Data"). You grant LevantGate a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process, and transmit Customer Data solely to provide, secure, and improve the Service.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, the "SRP" and "LevantGate" names, logos, and all associated software, designs, and documentation are owned by LevantGate or its licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

9. Third-party services

The Service integrates third-party providers listed on our Third-Party Services page. Your use of those services may be subject to additional terms imposed by the third party.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, unpaid fees after notice, or where required by law. You may terminate at any time by closing your account via Delete Account or in writing.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LevantGate shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Aggregate liability for direct damages shall not exceed the fees paid by the Customer in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify LevantGate against claims arising from your unlawful use of the Service or breach of these Terms.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Erbil, Iraq.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email at least 30 days in advance.

16. App-store terms

If you install the app from Apple or Google, additional store terms apply. Where Apple or Google is a third-party beneficiary, they may enforce these Terms against you.
