You can request deletion of specific categories of personal data without closing your SRP account. This page explains what can be removed, what must be retained, and how to submit a request.
1. Data you can request to delete
- Profile fields — non-essential fields you added, such as alternative phone number or profile photo (SRP does not require a profile photo).
- Uploaded attachments — documents or images you attached to support tickets or maintenance requests.
- In-app messages and chat history — the message log between you, other residents and the front desk.
- Notification records — the history of push and email notifications sent to you.
- Payment history — where legally permitted; billing records required by tax law will be retained until the statutory period expires (see Data Retention).
2. Data we cannot delete on request
- Records required by tax, accounting, or anti-fraud law.
- Data that would compromise the integrity of the compound's shared records (e.g. unit ownership history).
- Aggregated, anonymised statistics that no longer identify you.
3. How to request
Option A — inside the app
- Open Profile → Settings → Privacy → Manage my data.
- Choose the categories to delete and confirm.
- You receive an in-app and email confirmation.
Option B — by email
Email info@levantgate.com from the address registered on your account. We verify identity before acting.
4. Timeline
Acknowledgement within 3 business days. Deletion of selected categories within 30 days. Backups cycled within a further 30 days.
5. Full account deletion
If you want to remove everything and close the account, use the Delete Account flow instead.
