Children's Privacy

1. Minimum age

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or otherwise use SRP. This applies globally, including where the local age of digital consent under GDPR is lower.

2. No collection of children's data

We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from anyone under 18. SRP does not contain content or features designed for children, does not display advertising, and is not enrolled in Google Play's "Designed for Families" programme.

3. If we learn we hold data from a minor

If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a person under 18 without proof of parent or guardian consent (where such consent could apply), we will delete the information as quickly as possible and terminate the account.

4. Parents and guardians

If you believe a minor has provided us personal information, please contact info@levantgate.com. We will investigate and act promptly.

5. COPPA (United States)

Because SRP is not directed to children under 13, the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) does not apply. We nevertheless follow COPPA's spirit by refusing to collect children's data.

6. Google Play Families Policy

SRP is not enrolled in the Families programme and is not designed for children. Our Data Safety declaration reflects an adult audience.
