Please include: your registered email, your compound name and unit, the app version (Profile → About), and a screenshot if visual.
4. Frequently Asked Questions
How do I reset my password?
Open the SRP app, tap Sign in → Forgot password. Enter your registered email; we send a reset link valid for 30 minutes.
Why can't I sign in after moving out?
When your tenancy ends the compound administrator archives your unit. Your login remains active but scoped only to closing balances. Contact support if you cannot access invoices.
How do I pay my utility bill?
Open Bills → select the invoice → Pay. Available payment methods depend on what your compound has enabled.
Why didn't I receive a notification?
Check Profile → Notifications, and confirm notifications are enabled in your device settings. Push delivery depends on APNs/FCM availability.
How do I report a bug?
Open Profile → Help → Report a problem, or email support@levantgate.com with the app version and steps to reproduce.
How do I delete my account?
Follow the steps on our Delete Account page — either from within the app or by email.
