Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited activities

• Violating any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Uploading, storing, or transmitting material that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or infringes intellectual property.
• Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or compound.
• Using SRP to send unsolicited messages (spam), phishing, or fraudulent communications.
• Uploading malware, viruses, worms, or any code designed to disrupt or damage systems.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any account, data, or system.
• Interfering with or circumventing security, rate limits, or authentication.
• Scraping, harvesting, or extracting data at scale by automated means.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling non-open-source components of the Service.
• Using the Service to build a competing product or benchmark it without written consent.

2. Content standards

Anything you post or upload must be accurate, lawful, respectful of others, and something you have the right to share. We may remove content that violates this policy.

3. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations. Where warranted, we may throttle, suspend, or terminate access, and cooperate with law enforcement. Users acting on behalf of a compound remain liable for the compound's compliance.

4. Reporting abuse

Report content or behaviour that violates this AUP to info@levantgate.com. Include enough detail for us to investigate.

5. Changes

We may update this AUP; material changes will be notified in-app or by email.
