Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains what refunds are available for the different ways SRP is purchased and used.

1. Enterprise subscriptions (property management companies)

SRP is sold to property management companies under written enterprise contracts. Fees are due in advance and are non-refundable after activation of the environment, except:

  • where a refund is required by mandatory local law that cannot be contracted away;
  • where a refund is explicitly stated in the signed order form; or
  • where LevantGate is unable to deliver an activated environment and the Customer terminates for that cause.

Prepaid but unused portions of a subsequent renewal term may, at LevantGate's discretion, be credited to a future term.

2. Resident mobile app

The SRP resident app is distributed free on the Apple App Store and Google Play. There is nothing to refund at the app level.

3. In-app purchases handled by Apple or Google

If a future feature offers in-app purchases through the App Store or Google Play, refunds for those purchases are handled by the store, not by LevantGate:

4. Bill and utility payments made through SRP

Payments you make through SRP for rent, utilities, or services owed to your compound are between you and the compound (or the compound's designated collector). Refunds of such payments must be requested from the compound. SRP will assist by producing the transaction record on request.

5. Chargebacks

Chargebacks may result in temporary suspension of the account pending investigation to protect other users and the compound.
