Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your SRP account and the personal data associated with it. This page fulfils the account deletion requirements of Google Play and the Apple App Store.

1. What gets deleted

  • Your profile: name, email, phone number, password, language and notification preferences.
  • Your in-app messages, support tickets, and complaint history.
  • Your device push-notification tokens.
  • Any uploaded attachments you added to tickets or requests.

2. What is retained and why

  • Billing and invoice records — retained for the period required by applicable tax and accounting law (typically up to 7 years). These records are anonymised where possible.
  • Security audit logs — retained for up to 12 months for fraud prevention and to comply with legal requests.
  • Backups — deleted content is cycled out of encrypted backups within 30 days.

3. How to request deletion

Option A — from inside the mobile app

  1. Open the SRP app and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile → Settings → Account.
  3. Tap Delete my account and confirm with your password.
  4. You will receive an email confirmation. Deletion is completed within 30 days.

Option B — by email (works even if you can no longer sign in)

Send a deletion request to info@levantgate.com from the email address registered on your account. Include your registered phone number and, if known, your compound and unit. We verify identity before processing.

4. Timeline

  • Acknowledgement: within 3 business days.
  • Identity verification: typically 1–5 business days.
  • Live-system deletion: within 30 days of verified request.
  • Backup rotation: completed within a further 30 days.

5. Confirmation

Once deletion is complete you will receive a written confirmation to the email address on file (or the one you contacted us from). After deletion your account cannot be recovered; you may create a new account any time.
