Accessibility Statement

LevantGate is committed to making SRP usable by the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities.

1. Standards we target

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA across our website and web dashboard, and the corresponding platform accessibility guidelines on iOS and Android for our mobile applications.

2. What we do

  • Use semantic HTML, ARIA where appropriate, and visible focus states.
  • Support keyboard navigation for all interactive elements on the web.
  • Provide sufficient colour contrast in both light and dark themes.
  • Provide text alternatives for meaningful images.
  • Respect user preferences for reduced motion and larger text.
  • Support VoiceOver on iOS and TalkBack on Android in our mobile apps.
  • Provide Arabic (RTL) and English (LTR) throughout.

3. Known limitations

Some complex dashboards (charts, dense tables) may not be fully optimised for screen readers. We are actively improving these. If you encounter an unusable screen, please report it — we will prioritise it.

4. Reporting an accessibility issue

Please email support@levantgate.com with:

  • The URL or screen where you experienced the issue.
  • The assistive technology and browser or device you used.
  • A short description of what went wrong.

We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within 3 business days and to fix critical issues on a priority track.

5. Alternative access

If you cannot complete a task in the app due to an accessibility barrier, contact support@levantgate.com and we will help you complete it another way.
